The warranty is non-transferable and is only available to users in the UK and Eire. For warranty on products purchased outside of the UK and Eire please contact your local distributor for full terms and conditions.
Parweld Limited warrants to the end user (purchaser) of all new welding Machines (collectively called ‘the Goods’) that it will be free of defects in workmanship and material.
This warranty is void if Parweld or its Authorised Service Centre finds that the product has been subjected to improper handling, storage, installation, improper care or abnormal operations.
- Parweld will not accept responsibility for repairs made outside of Parweld or its Authorised Service Centres
- Parwelds liability under this warranty shall not exceed the cost of correcting the defect of the Parweld product
- Parweld will not be liable for incidental damages (such as loss of business etc) caused by the defect or the time involved to correct the defect
- This written warranty is the only express warranty provided by Parweld with respect to its product Warranty implied by law, such as the warranty merchantability are limited to the duration of the limited warranty for the equipment involved.
